FearFest Disclaimer/ Terms & Conditions.
Please take the time to read the FearFest disclaimer before buying a ticket and attending the event.
By purchasing a ticket for FearFest you are accepting that these terms & conditions form the basis of any contract between the organisers of FearFest and yourself.
As we do not know the physical & mental health of any of our ticketholders, we require all ticketholders to read and understand all warnings before attending the event, to understand the type of environment FearFest offers & to understand that there is an inherent risk in attending FearFest.
FearFest is an intense experience and sound and lighting effects are used throughout the event.
Please DO NOT attend FearFest:
- if you have ANY type of physical or mental health issues
- if you are not physically fit
- if you have poor mobility
- if you have have poor vision
- if you have any type of heart or respiratory condition
- if you have epilepsy , suffer from seizures, claustrophia or suffer from any anxiety related condition
- if you are pregnant
We strongly recommend that you be in good physical & mental health in order to attend our event. If you have any doubts as to whether you should attend please consult your doctor.
No photography of any kind is allowed in any of the FearFest haunt attractions.
Be aware that walkways and surfaces may be uneven throughout FearFest.
Please remove any sharp objects, scarves, jewellery, handbags, belts etc that may get caught in or cause damage to any of the props and/ or actors.
FearFest is geared towards older teenagers and adults. Children aged 13, 14 & 15 years must be accompanied by an adult.
It is up to the Parents of Teenagers aged 16 & 17 years attending FearFest to make themselves aware of the type of event FearFest is & to understand the Terms & Conditions before tickets are purchased.
All mobile phones must be turned off in the haunt attractions.
Any customer who disrupts the performance will be removed from the venue without refund.
You are not allowed to touch the props, sets or actors but some of the actors may touch you.
You will not be admitted to FearFest if you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and you will not be refunded the ticket price.
If you find the event too terrifying and cannot finish all three attractions you will not be refunded.
By attending FearFest, you the ticketholders and/ or your parents/ guardians (for those aged under 18 years) assume all risk of injury and all responsibility of property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, venue and their employees from any liability thereafter.
